This hakeme decorated jug is an ideal size for milk. This pot is thrown on the wheel with a dark groggy terra cotta and decorated with a thick hakeme slip. It's been glazed in an amber ash glaze and fired to 1220 degrees in an electric kiln.
All of my work is handmade by me in my studio at the Gaolyard Studios in St Ives, Cornwall.
