This moon jar will make a statement in your house. It stands tall and will be great for a large bouquet of flowers, especially with longer stems. It's been thrown on the wheel with a groggy terra cotta. It's been decorated with a black slip and thick slip decoration. It's then glazed in a blue ash glaze and fired high to 1220 degrees in an electric kiln.
All of my work is handmade by me in my studio at the Gaolyard Studios in St Ives, Cornwall.
