This small jar is a good size for sugar, honey or a few teabags. It has a nicely fitting lid with a knob that's easy to grab. This jar has been thrown with a grogged terra cotta and decorated with a thick white slip. It has been glazed with a yellow ash glaze and fired high to 1220 in an electric kiln.
All of my work is handmade by me in my studio at the Gaolyard Studios in St Ives, Cornwall.
